This past Friday, I officially sold the condo I've owned for the past 12 years. Although I'm sad to see it go, it was definitely time. I'd like to thank the wonderful Shawnna Kelly for her assistance in purchasing the condo in 2007, renting it out in 2014 and selling it in 2019. (Not to mention she helped us in 2015 when we found our current house in Windsor!!)
When we were in the process of buying our Windsor house, multiple offers were submitted (within 2 days of it hitting the market) and we ultimately won because of Shawnna. When I put the condo on the market, it sold in 1 day!
I can't even put into words how wonderful Shawnna is as a realtor and more importantly as a friend. If you're ever in the market to buy or sell, definitely keep her in mind!

Roxanne, Phil, and Ryan, While an email is not exactly the most ‘warm’ form of communication, at this point, it’s the best starting point to express our deepest gratitude to the entire Ryan family for helping us find what we are expecting to be our ‘forever’ home. After spending a few hours this past weekend with the kids running and playing like kids are supposed to through 20 Highwood, and proudly showing Grandma/Grandpa/and their cousins through the house at lightning speed, we know we made the right choice. When Katie collapsed into Kristin’s arms, sobbing that she didn’t want to leave it was clear we can’t wait to move in. When Ryan announced that he wanted to move right in, "to his summer house”, it was never more evident that this was going to be home for a very long time. The time and energy your entire family took and put into this search were not only comforting, it made the long-term search, the endless hours of scrolling through property matches to only be confused that the pictures didn’t match the physical houses, all the more rewarding.To say thank you in this usually cold medium of email seems empty … But until we get moved in and have the Ryan family over, it’s the best we can do. We know that this is just the beginning of spending time with an amazing family … and we are forever grateful. Much more to come … And we can’t wait!
